Week XP and Lifetime XP
You earn two kinds of XP from the same actions. Lifetime XP only goes up. Week XP starts fresh every Monday.

What earns XP
- Finishing a verified focus session.
- Finishing a lesson on your XP path.
- Completing an interview practice answer.
- Moving an application forward.
- Completing daily quests.
Some actions have a daily limit for Week XP. Past it, the same action still earns Lifetime XP, so effort always counts toward your level.
Note
Payments, plan, certificates, likes, follows and views never earn XP.

The History tab in Climb lists every XP event with its source and date, including any corrections.
