If a penalty or stake settlement looks wrong, appeal it within 7 days. A person reviews every appeal, and appealing never costs XP.

Step 2: Choose the event
Penalties and stake settlements from the last 7 days are listed.
Step 3: Tell us what happened
A sentence or two is enough.
Step 4: Send it
You'll see the decision in the same place.
Decisions
- Upheld: the XP is restored.
- Denied: the change stays, with the reason.
- Corrections are added as new events, so your history always adds up.
Tip
A focus session that wasn't counted can also be appealed from Climb if you think it should have been.
