Age corrections and appeals

If the date of birth on your account is wrong, request a correction. A person on our team reviews every request.

Request a correction

Step 1: Open Settings → Account
Find your age details.
Step 2: Select Request a correction
Enter the right date of birth and a short note on what happened.
Step 3: Send it
We may ask you to confirm it. The decision shows in the same place.

In review: a person is looking at it. You can cancel while it's in review.
Approved: we update your date of birth and your features change to match.
Denied: we keep the date on file, with a note from our team. You can send new proof once for that review.

Note

While a review is open, adult-only features may be paused. Everything else on your account keeps working.

Penalties and stake settlements are appealed separately, from Climb → Appeals, within 7 days.
