Only what helps you take the next step: your morning plan, follow-ups and interviews. Turn any of them off.

What we send

Notification types
Notification	When
Morning plan	When today's plan is ready, around 6:30 AM your time
Follow-ups due	When a follow-up is due, between 8 AM and 9 PM
Interviews	Once, within 24 hours of an interview, between 8 AM and 9 PM

If no device can get a push on a given day, we can email your morning plan instead. That's a setting too.

Step 1: On iPhone, add the app to your Home Screen first
In Safari, open the Share menu and choose Add to Home Screen.
Step 2: Open Settings → Notifications
Turn notifications on, and allow them when your device asks.
Step 3: Pick what you want
Switch each type on or off.

Note

We never send notifications about penalties, and no countdowns.
