Working on an application
Each application keeps the job description, your documents, interview rounds, notes and a follow-up reminder.
What an application holds
- The job description and link, so you still have them if the posting comes down.
- Every resume and cover letter you made for it.
- Interview rounds, recruiter contact details and your notes.
- A history of every status change.
Follow-ups
Three days after you mark an application Applied, NextMilestone reminds you to follow up and drafts a short message for the recruiter. You edit it and send it yourself.
You can also set your own follow-up date. When one is due, it can become your next step on Today.
Note
Follow-up reminders only arrive between 8 AM and 9 PM your time, and you can turn them off in Settings → Notifications.
When you get an interview
Move the application to Interviewing and add an interview card in Interview prep. In the days before it, Today puts practice for that role first.
