Finding jobs in your Job inbox

New jobs arrive every morning, ranked against your profile, with a score and the reasons behind it.

How it works

Each morning NextMilestone collects new postings from employers' own career boards and public job sources whose terms allow it. Duplicates of the same role are merged into one.

Every job is checked against your profile. Jobs that hit a deal-breaker, like a company you excluded, are hidden with the reason. The rest are ranked, best first.

Set up your searches

  1. Step 1: Open Settings → Job search

Or select Job search settings at the top of the Job inbox.

  2. Step 2: Add a search

Keywords and locations. Each keyword runs as its own query.

  3. Step 3: Narrow it if you like

Titles must contain one of a few words, or must not contain others.

  4. Step 4: Select Fetch now

New jobs show up right away instead of the next morning.

Tip

The more complete your profile is, the better the ranking. Skills and target roles matter most.

What you can do with a job

  • Shortlist keeps it for later. Skip hides it.
  • Open posting takes you to the original job page.
  • Create application adds it to your tracker with the title, link, pay and description.
  • The score explanation shows what helped and what's missing.

In teen mode

Note: You can browse jobs and follow links to apply on the employer's site. We haven't checked whether each job is open to people under 18, so read the posting first.
