Your XP path

Every plan gets one course that earns XP. You can switch, and after your first switch there's a 30-day wait before the next.

One XP path, on every plan

You can take as many courses as you like, but only one at a time earns XP. That's true on Free and on Pro, so XP measures effort, not spending.

Step 1: Enroll in the course you want
You can only pick a course you're enrolled in.
Step 2: Select Make this my XP path
It's on the course page.
Step 3: Confirm
The dialog tells you whether this switch starts a 30-day wait.

The 30-day rule

When a switch starts a lock, you can't switch again for 30 days. The course page shows the date you can switch next.

XP you already earned stays yours.
Your other courses keep their progress. They just don't earn XP while another course is your path.
Projects you handed in before switching still earn their XP when they're accepted.
