Templates and PDFs
Every template renders a clean, ATS-friendly PDF. You can switch templates any time.
Templates
Browse them under Templates. Each has a matching cover letter, and every one is checked to read well in applicant tracking systems.
PDFs
Saving a document makes its PDF in the background. The badge shows Queued, then Rendering, then PDF ready.
Tip
If a PDF fails, select Retry on the badge. The dashboard lists any failed PDFs with Retry all.
